Motapa ajkal ek gambhir samasya ban gai hai. Jiski wajah se sharir ka akar to bigadta hi hai sath hi gambhir bimariya bhi lag jati hai. Sharir par charbi ka adhik hona, vajan badna adi apki sundarta aur sharir ki rachna ko bigad dete hai. Motape ko dur karne ke liye aur sharir ko slim rakhne ke liye sabse pehle apko bahut sajag rahne ki jarurat hoti hai. Jaise life style, diet adi par dhyan dena. Aj hum apko batate hai ye anmol tips jo apko motape ki samasya se nijat dilwayenge sath hi apki body ko slim banane me bhi madad karenge.

Motapa Kam Karne aur Sharir Ko Slim Banane Ke Tarike


  • Motapa tabhi dur ho sakta hai jab ap apne khane me dhyan de. Mirch-masale, maida, tel wale khane ka prayog kam kare. Yeh tabhi ho sakta hai jab ap apne man me tay kar le ki in chijo ka istemal nahi karna hai.
  • Amla apko slim rakhne me aham bhumika nibhata hai. Pratidin subah ghumne ke baad 2 amle ka sewan kare. Yadi yeh nahi ho sake to shahad (honey) ki 2 chammach aur amle ke ras ki 2 chammach ko milakar sewan kare. 3 se 5 mahine tak niyamit sewan se apka motapa kam ho jayega aur ap slim dikhenge.
  • Jitni bhukh ho usse kam hi bhojan le aur ek baar khana khane ke baad dobara bhojan na le. Kyonki aisa karne se khana atirikt calorie me badal jata hai aur charbi badne lagti hai.
  • Apne bhojan me ap kacchi sabjiyo aur falo ko jarur khaye. Makkhan, tel se bane khane ka istemal band kar de. Sath hi sath uble huye khane me halka namak aur nimbu (lemon)dalkar sewan karte rahe. 
  • Gaay ke dudh me fat ki matra kam hoti hai, isliye ho sake to gaay ka dudh hi istemal kare.
  • Motape ko dur karne aur slim body rakhne ki liye subah ka nashta bahut jaruri hota hai. Apko subah ke nashte me 1 se 2 patli chapati, gajar (carrot) ka juice ya tamatar (tomato) ka juice shamil karna chahiye. Parathe, tost adi ka sewan na kare. Sath hi subah nashta halka le.
  • Gharelu mahilaye (house wife) apna motapa kam karne ke liye apne ghar ke kaam khud kare. Working mahilaye roj 1 se 2 ghante walk kare aur lunch ke baad 15 se 20 minute tak jarur walk kare.
  • Aisa dekha gaya hai ki khali samay me bhi log jyada khane ke shikar ho jate hai. Isliye hamesha apne ko vyast rakhe, khali samay me bhi chhote-mote karya karte rahe. Apne ko busy rakhne se hi ap slim bane reh sakte hai. 

  • Rat ko tambe (copper) ke bartan me pani ko bharkar rakh le aur subah uthte hi is pani ko piye aur fir thoda walk karne ke baad fresh hone jaye. Yeh apke kabj (constipation) ko dur karega aur pet (stomach) se sambandhit rogo ko bhi thik kar dega. Is tarah ap heart attack ki sambhavna se bhi bach sakte hai.
  • Fir aur slim rahne ke liye apko exercise karni jaruri hai. Vyayam ko halke me na le, kyonki khane ko pachane aur apne ko vyast rakhna jaruri hai taki apke sharir me motapa ba bad sake.
  • Behtar sharir ke liye behtar nind (sleep) ka ana bhi jaruri hai. Yadi ap sahi samay par sone ki adat dalenge to hi ap apne sharir ko agle din tarotaja aur fit bana sakte hai. Lekin mansik tanav (stress) ki wajah se nind na ane ki samasya ho sakti hai. Behtar yeh hoga ki ap sone se pehle meditation kare aur sote vakt kuchh bhi na soche. Sahi samay ki nind apko motape se bachati hai.
  • Vajan adhik hone par kai baar pareshani jyada hoti hai isliye ap apne bhojan ke tarike ko badle. Halka bhojan khane ki adat dale aur bajar ke fast foods se puri tarah tauba kar le. Sham ko tea ki jagah falo ke juice ka sewan kare. 
  • Khana khane ke turant baad pani na piye, pani ka sirf kulla kare. Khane ke 1 ghante ke baad pani ka sewan kare.
In upayo ko karke ap slim trim to banenge hi sath budapa bhi apko jaldi nahi ayega. Bas is baat ko dhyan me rakhe ki koi bhi kaam ya upay bina ichha shakti ke aur pure man ke bina sahi nahi ho sakta hai. Isliye apko apne man me is baat ko baithana hai ki kaun si chijo ke sewan se bachna aur kaun si chije apko patla banane ke liye jaruri hai.
