Ankho Ki Roshni Badane Ke Prakratik Tarike

Ankhe sharir ka sabse important hissa hai. Ankho ki roshni kam hone ki wajah hai bhojan me vitamin A ki kami, jis wajah se kam umra se hi ankhe kamjor hone lagti hai.

Dusri wajah ghanto computer par baithkar kaam karna ya television dekhna.

Teesri wajah ankho ki safai par dhyan na dena.

Ye kuchh wajah hai jo ankho ki roshni ko kam karti hai aur apko chasma lagane ke liye majbur karti hai.

  1. Pratidin papita khane se ankho ki roshni badti hai.
  2. Sev ka murabba khaye aur uske baad dudh ka sewan kare, yaisa karne se ankho ki roshni tej hoti hai.
  3. Pratidin fal aur hari sabjiyo ka sewan karne se ankho ki shakti badti hai.
  4. Pratidin yadi aap gajar ka juice piye to ankho ki roshni badegi.
  5. Kali mirch ka churn, ghee aur misri milakar roj sewan karne se ankho ki roshni prabal hoti hai.
  6. Pratidin nahane se pehle pairo ke anguthe me tel malkar nahane se ankho ki roshni prabal hoti hai.
  7. Subah jaldi uthkar park me os (dew) padi ghas me nange pairo se chalne se kamjor ankhe tej hoti hai.
  8. Subah uthkar muh me thanda pani bharkar muh ko fulaye aur thande pani se ankho chhite mare.
  9. Hare dhaniya ko peeskar uska ras nikal le aur use saf kapde me chhan le. Iski 2-2 bunde dono ankho me dalne se dukhti ankhe thik hoti hai.
Ankho Ka Dhyan Rakhne Ke Upay
  1. Computer par kaam karte samay screen par lagatar na dekhe. 20 minute ke antral par screen se ankhe hata le. Yaisa karne se ankho ko aram milta hai.
  2. Ankho ko dhup se bachane ke liye aap UV protector lens ka prayog kare.
  3. 1 minute me kam se kam 10 se 12 baar ankho ki palko jhapkate rahe. 
  4. Letkar ya jhukkar padna bhi ankho ke liye thik nahi hota. Padte samay prakash pichhe se aana chahiye.
  5. Chalti hui bus ya gadi me kitab padne se ankho par bura asar padta hai.
  6. Nind kam lene se bhi ankho par bura asar padta hai, kam se kam 7 ghante ki nind jarur le.
  7. TV ya computer ko adhik paas se na dekhe.
